An train program for folks aged 50 and over – is encouraging folks to remain bodily energetic.
The Bodily Exercise for Life (PAL) Program encourages Black Belt African-American seniors – to take part in bodily exercise – to enhance their bodily and psychological well being – and high quality of life. residing.
